Single Point of Contact

As our service area and account base continued to grow at a rapid pace, we at Koorsen saw the need to provide a solution to better serve our customers that were managing several locations. Out of this we developed our National Accounts Department in 1997.

Today, our National Accounts Program is located in our Corporate Office in Indianapolis and has grown to include customers in the eight primary states covered by our network of Koorsen Branches. National Accounts are qualified as any account with multiple service locations that cross into two or more of our branch service territories.

In order to provide quality service and consistency in the management and billing of the account, our customers are assigned a dedicated account manager and administrative assistant. The responsibility of our account managers is to communicate with customers to ensure their facilities meet state and local fire codes. This relationship also provides our customers confidence that they will receive priority service and attention with one phone call. All service is dispatched from the National Accounts Department to the appropriate branch. The status of the work is then monitored and the customer is informed of any issues or deficiencies.

A growing portion of our National Account business is providing service to large national customers as a sub-contractor. We provide this service for companies who manage the fire needs of national companies. Koorsen Fire & Security works as the sub-contractor in the geographic areas we can service with our branch locations.
