Kasey Program

Saving Lives Through Training & Education

Koorsen Fire & Security is the primary sponsor of the Kasey Program, an instructional presentation geared for preschool through 6th grade students. The founder of this program, Jeff Owens, sings and plays his guitar while Kasey, a black Labrador, demonstrates fire safety tips and life saving skills. Participants learn very important safety and fire prevention knowledge through music providing fun and entertainment for all!

Jeff Owens, a professional fire fighter/paramedic and employee of Koorsen Fire & Security, started the Kasey Program in 1995. Each year Jeff performs approximately 400 programs in front of nearly 400,000 people primarily throughout the Midwest!

Kasey’s goal is to “reach & teach” as many children as possible about the important message of fire and life safety!

Kasey also enjoys working in concert with MC Axe and the Fire Crew! For more information please go to: http://www.mcaxeandkasey.com.
